With great success the 2 (two) -2-day in duration sponsored seminars took place at the premises of the Cyprus Chefs Association.
28 participants from all the districts of Cyprus had the opportunity to create and enjoy excellent desserts and pastry techniques under the guidance of the instructor/Pastry Chef Dimitris Hatzigiannis and his assistants Nearchos Aristidou and Costas Chrysostomou.
