The exhibition “HORECA Gastronomia Expo 2021” will be held with an ‘’IMH recipe’’ as the Cyprus Chefs’ Association has instructed the company to organize the exhibition, which will take place between 4 and 7 November at the Nicosia State Fair.

The relevant assignment agreement, between the Cyprus Chefs Association and IMH, was signed at the Association’s offices in Limassol, on Monday, March 1, 2021

The exhibition is organized every two years, capturing the wider Hotel Industry with the goal of informing and bringing together the professionals and the whole supply chain which consists of leading catering equipment companies that provide technological solutions, as well as companies specializing in construction, renovation and energy saving.
At the same time there will be various events taking place, such as live competitions with the participation of professional Culinary teams, kiosks with Street Food preparations and cooking programs referring to “the kitchen of yesterday and today’’
