The Cyprus Chefs Association, the Ministry of Tourism and Arvani Investments Ltd are pleased to announce the joint organization of the GASTRONOMIA – HO.RE.CA exhibition 2019.
The exhibition will take place at the Cyprus International State Fair premises from 28 November until 01 December 2019 and it’s under the auspices of the minister of tourism.
During the exhibition the Cyprus Chef Association is organizing the largest culinary festival of the island. Professional Chef’s, pastry Chef’s, tertiary students and high school students will compete in various competitions on an equal footing with the ultimate aim of gaining experience and upgrading their skills.
During the gastronomy festival there will be competitions to highlight and promote Cypriot products such as the Cypriot breakfast/brunch, which also falls under the strategic goals of the Ministry of Tourism and the modern Cypriot menu were competitors will cook a 2 course menu based on typical Cypriot ingredients presented in a modern way to the most update international culinary standards
Gastronomia – HO.RE.CA. Exhibition will open the gates to welcome the public and the professionals.
The opening ceremony will be held on Friday the 28th of Nov at 17:00 hrs and the closing ceremony on Sunday the 1st of Dec. at 18:00. After the closing ceremony street food will be offered and party will follow.
