The Cyprus Productivity Centre (KE.PA.) and the Cyprus Chefs Association (C.C.A.) are announcing the joint organisation of the National Competition in the Cook’s speciality for 2021.
The National Skills Competition is open to all young people residing in Cyprus between the ages of 17-23, without a fee, according to the terms and conditions of the competition irrespectively being members of the C.C.A. or not.
The EUROSKILLS – YOUNG CHEF OF THE YEAR competition which will nominate the representatives of Cyprus will take place in two stages. The first stage will be held at the C.C.A. premises in Limassol and the grand final will take place during the exhibition “HORECA – Gastronomia – Expo 2021” in Nicosia, at the premises of the Cyprus State Fair.
October 18th, 2021 at 16:30 pm (Written Exams)
The written examinations will be held at the offices of the Cyprus Chefs Association in the industrial area of Agios Athanasios (4a Alkidamou Street) in Limassol.
November 6th, 2021 at 09.45 (Live competition, three-course menu for six people)
At the grand finale, the six contestants will have to prepare a three-course menu for six people with materials already announced on 4th of October 2021.
