On January 23, as part of its preparations for the Culinary Olympics, the Cyprus National Junior Culinary Team hosted a dinner for its sponsors at the Amathus Hotel in Limassol.
The Culinary Olympics are organized every four years and Cyprus has been participating in the competition since 2002 winning many awards and medals. This year 64 countries will compete with over than 5,000 chefs aiming for their country’s pride and distinction.
As part of the dinner, the Junior National Culinary Team of Cyprus prepared and served a 3 course menu as it will be presented at the Culinary Olympics.
