The IKA 2020 Culinary Olympics have come to an end with our National Culinary Teams winning a total of 24 medals in 6 categories that they have competed.
The Culinary World Cup 2022 in Luxembourg is coming up next and it is time for us to get going!!!
Cyprus Chef’s Association would like to announce the commencement of cooking trials for the forming of the CYPRUS NATIONAL JUNIOR CULINARY TEAM. All members are eligible to participate as long as they have the approval of their organization.
Due to the pandemic of COVID-19 virus and the restrictions implemented by the Cyprus Government the procedures that will be followed for this year’s trials will be different than the past. Once your application of interest is submitted those procedures will be announced to you. The trials will take place at the Cyprus Chefs Association Kitchen.

Prerequisites for cooking trials
- Applicants MUST be Members of the Cyprus Chefs Association with up to date paid subscription.
- Applicants that will be approved to join the Culinary team MUST sign a contract (agreement) with Cyprus Chef’s Association.
- Applicants should be born from 1997.
PARTICIPANTS WILL BE JUDGED BY CERTIFIED JUDGES OF THE WORLD CHEFS ASSOCIATION (WACS)
