On January 22th 2020 as a part of the 1st Repas Amical – the CHAINE DES ROTISSEURS in collaboration with the Cyprus Chefs Association and the Cyprus National Culinary Team held a dinner at Columbia Steak House in Limassol.
The purpose of this event was aiming for the better preparation of our National Team for the Culinary Olympics which will take place in Stuttgart, Germany this coming February.
The Culinary Olympics are organized every four years and Cyprus has been participating in the competition since 2002 winning many awards and medals. This year 64 countries will compete with over than 5,000 chefs aiming for their country’s pride and distinction.
As part of the dinner, the National Culinary Team of Cyprus prepared and served a 3 course menu as it will be presented at the Culinary Olympics.
