Highlighting Cypriot culinary tradition, Andriana stood out with her preparation of the traditional “Kolokoti,” which was presented in the prestigious circles of high gastronomy.
The event took place on November 6-7, 2024, at the Chocolate Academy France and Salon Equip Hotel in Paris. The competition focuses on enhancing the presence of women in the culinary field, aiming to offer international recognition to both professional and amateur women chefs. Competitors developed their creations with the themes “We are not pies” for the Pastry Trophy and “We are not quiches” for the Cuisine Trophy.
It is worth noting that Andriana Efstratiou is a member of Cyprus’ National Junior Culinary Team and was named “Young Chef of the Year” in 2023 at the Cyprus Culinary and Pastry Arts Festival.
She currently works in the distinguished kitchen of the Four Seasons Hotel in Limassol, exemplifying excellence and dedication to the culinary field.
Her success brings pride to the Cyprus Chefs Association, particularly for promoting the value of Cypriot tradition and culinary heritage on an international level.
