The Cyprus Chef’s Association announces with great joy and pride the election of our President George Damianou by the World Chefs Association, to the position of the Director for Southern Europe. The elections took place on January 29 and were attended by 14 Presidents of various southern European countries.
Our President will now lead the region of Southern Europe, which includes a total of 18 countries. The result will be ratified by all the National Associations during the World Chefs Congress & Expo that will take place in 2022 in Abu Dhabi.
We wish to our President every success in his new duties and we are sure that he will continue to make us proud! His election is a top distinction for our country.
