The Cyprus Chefs Association has successfully completed another two-day seminar on Macedonian Gastronomy, led by the experienced instructor Stavros Psomopoulos.

Participants had the opportunity to delve into the traditional flavors and techniques of Macedonia, discover unique local products, and put authentic recipes into practice. Through this seminar, they enriched their knowledge and skills, gaining valuable experience that will support their professional growth.
