The Cyprus National Junior Culinary Team delivered an outstanding performance at the international competition Southern Europe Culinary Challenge 2026, proudly representing Cyprus and the Cyprus Chefs Association with a high level of professionalism and culinary expertise.

Major Achievements of the Cypriot Team:
• Gold Medal (Category Winners) – Young Team of the Year: Konstantinos Konstantis & Prodromos Prodromou
• Silver Medal – Pasta Appetizer: Prodromos Prodromou
• Silver Medal – Restaurant Dessert: Marina Vouzouni

In addition, the National Team was awarded the title of “Best Sustainable Team of the Competition”, highlighting the commitment of our young chefs to innovation and sustainable gastronomy.
