A seminar was organized on March 6, 2021 at the premises of the Cyprus Chefs Association by the Director of the National Culinary Team of Cyprus, Chef Panikos Nearchou, to all members of the National Culinary Team of Cyprus.
The first topic was gelatin and all the details involved about it for the Culinary World Cup which will take place in November 2022 in Luxembourg.
All Government measures required by pandemic protocols were followed.
