This Seminar presents a modern culinary culture that emerges through the multicultural taste intersection. The development of culinary art as well as the effort for further knowledge brought to the global forefront the tendency to cross different culinary cultures. The trainees will have the opportunity to expand their knowledge of new culinary events and innovation.
The Seminar introduces the participants to discover the secrets of mixing the best elements from many culinary cultures of the world through original recipes full of aromas, from the hands of multi-awarded Chef Stavros Psomopoulos.
The Seminar will be held on the 24th and 25th of October in CCA Building in Limassol and can participate Cooks, Hotel and Restaurant Chefs, Restaurant Managers and Food and Beverage Managers.
