- 150gr Butter
- 75gr Icing Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 300gr Flour
- Zest of half lemon
- 8 Apples
- 50gr Butter
- 50gr Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
- 2 Spoons Chopped Almonds
Mix the butter with the icing sugar, add the 2 eggs and keep beating for 3-4 minutes. Then add the flour, lemon zest and vanilla. Cool it for 2 hours in the fridge.
Clean the skin of the apples and cut them in small pieces. Saute for 10 minutes with 50gr of butter and 50gr of sugar. Then add 1 tablespoon of cinnamon and 2 spoons of chopped almonds.
In a round tart mould add 75% of the pastry and add the apple filling in. Then add the rest of the pastry grated on the top.
In a preheat oven, bake the pie at 160 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes.
